How to notify the Company

Collateral Deposit Channels

Mobile App : Internet Banking

Collateral deposit via bill payment service by the Internet Banking.

Bill payment is a common payment transaction used in daily lives, especially for payment of goods and services. The transaction can be made via bank counter, each bank’s ATM or even online channel or electronic banking. Thus, in order to provide more convenience to the customers in placing collateral deposit, the Company offers 4 bill payment channels for your selection as follows: 


1. Via Internet banking and App Mobile Banking

1.1 If you still have no Internet Banking
Contact your Bank in order to register Internet Banking service.
You will receive Username and Password for accessing your Bank’s Internet Banking. 
Log into Internet Banking system and select ‘Bill Payment’ option. Then key-in Comp.Code, Ref.1 and Ref.2 shown on the Deposit Slip. You can download each Bank’s manual from www.th.rhbtradesmart.com; Click ‘Download’. 
Check the name-surname, deposit amount, account number and reference number before confirming the transaction. Please also upload the proof of your deposit transaction via Bill Payment without having to send evidence to the Company. 
After the deposit process has been completed, you will receive SMS from the Company confirming your transaction.
If you do not receive the SMS, please contact Customer Care at 02-088-9797 in order to check the transaction.

1.2 If you already have an Internet Banking account 
Log into your Bank’s Internet Banking system and select ‘Bill Payment’ option. Then key-in Comp.Code, Ref.1 and Ref.2 shown on the Deposit Slip.
Check your name-surname, deposit amount, account number and reference number to ensure correctness before confirming the transaction. Please also upload the proof of your deposit transaction via Bill Payment for use as evidence.
After the deposit process has been completed, you will receive SMS from the Company confirming your transaction. 
If you do not receive the SMS, please contact Customer Care at 02-088-9797 in order to check the transaction.

Remark:
Please indicate correct Ref.1 and Ref.2 for fast proceeding in placing and verifying your collateral deposit. 
Please select or indicate correct Comp.Code for fast proceeding in placing and verifying your collateral deposit. 
In case of bill payment via SCB’s Internet Banking or Mobile Banking, please indicate the Bank’s account number instead of Comp.Code, i.e.,  “ 0493137181 ”

  • Use Deposit Card by scanning barcode and entering the Company's Code(Comp. Code)
  • Use Deposit Slip by entering the Company's Code (Comp. Code).

    To enhance convenience and rapidity in your collateral deposit for equity and derivatives trading, the Company has provided bill payment as another alternative channel. You can make transaction by bringing the deposit slip to the nearest ATM and select ‘bill payment for collateral deposit’ via the ATM to the Company. The service is provided by 6 participating banks with details and methods as follows

Bangkok Bank (BBL) 

Step 1: Insert ATM card, enter password and select option.

Step 2: Select ‘Others’.

Step 3: Make payment by entering Comp Code.

Step 4: Select payer account (your own account), i.e., savings account or current account.

Step 5: Enter the Company’s 5-digit Comp Code “00047”.

Step 6: Enter Ref No.1, i.e., the customer’s 6-digit account number.

(If not knowing, please ask 02-088-9797).

Step 7: Enter Ref No.2, i.e., 3-digit code of the account type used for trading.

Please indicate correct code of the account type for collateral deposit as follows:

           1. Indicate code 000 for deposit into Cash Balance Account.

           2. Indicate code 010 for deposit into Cash Account.

           3. Indicate code 060 for deposit into Credit Balance Account.

           4. Indicate code 030 for deposit into Derivatives Account (TFEX).

           5. Indicate code 999 for other type of deposit which is not for collateral purpose.

Step 8: Indicate the deposit amount including satang.

Step 9: Check the amount, Ref No.1 and Ref No.2 to ensure correctness.

Step 10: Confirm transaction and receive deposit slip for keeping as evidence.

(Remark: In case you indicate Code 999, the Company will call you for confirmation after receiving the order).

Siam Commercial Bank (SCB)

Step 1: Insert ATM card, enter password and select option.

Step 2: Select ‘Top-up/Payment/Barcode’.

Step 3: Select ‘Payment’.

Step 4: Select ‘Pay to other company’.

Step 5: Select payer account.

Step 6: Enter the Company’s 10-digit account number, i.e., “0493137181”.

Step 7: Enter Ref No.1, i.e., the customer’s 6-digit account number. (If not knowing, please ask 02-088-9797).

Step 8: Enter Ref No.2, i.e., 3-digit code of the account type used for trading.

Please indicate correct code of the account type for collateral deposit as follows:

           1. Indicate code 000 for deposit into Cash Balance Account.

           2. Indicate code 010 for deposit into Cash Account.

           3. Indicate code 060 for deposit into Credit Balance Account.

           4. Indicate code 030 for deposit t into Derivatives Account (TFEX).

           5. Indicate code 999 for other type of deposit which is not for collateral purpose.

Step 9: Indicate the deposit amount including satang.

Step 10: Check the amount, Ref No.1) and Ref No.2 to ensure correctness.

Step 11: Confirm transaction and receive deposit slip for keeping as evidence.

Kasikorn Bank (Kbank)

Step 1: Insert ATM card, enter password and select option.

Step 2: Select ‘Payment/ Barcode Payment’.

Step 3:Select ‘Other/ Specify Company ID’.

Step 4: Select payer account (your own account), i.e., savings account or current account.

Step 5: Enter the Company’s Comp Code “33767”.

Step 6: Enter Ref No.1, i.e., the customer’s 6-digit account number.

(If not knowing, please ask 02-088-9797).

Step 7: Enter Ref No.2, i.e., 3-digit code of the account type used for trading.

Please indicate correct code of the account type for collateral deposit as follows:

           1. Indicate code 000 for deposit into Cash Balance Account.

           2. Indicate code 010 for deposit into Cash Account.

           3. Indicate code 060 for deposit into Credit Balance Account.

           4. Indicate code 030 for deposit into Derivatives Account (TFEX).

           5. Indicate code 999 for other type of deposit which is not for collateral purpose.

Step 1: Insert ATM card, enter password and select option.

Step 2: Select ‘Others’.

Step 3: Select ‘Pay bill/mobile top-up

Step 4: Select ‘Other company’.

Step 5: Select payer account (your own account), i.e., savings account or current account.

Step 6: Enter the Company’s Comp Code “5326” and Ref No.1, i.e., the customer’s 6-digit account number followed by dot symbol ( . ), then enter Ref No.2 and 3-digit code of account type used for trading.   (If not knowing, please ask 02-088-9797).

Please indicate correct code of the account type for collateral deposit as follows:

           1. Indicate code 000 for deposit into Cash Balance Account.

           2. Indicate code 010 for deposit into Cash Account.

           3. Indicate code 060 for deposit into Credit Balance Account.

           4. Indicate code 030 for deposit into Derivatives Account (TFEX).

           5. Indicate code 999 for other type of deposit which is not for collateral purpose. For example, if Ref No.1 is 000001 (6-digit account number) and Ref No.2 is 010 (3-digit cash account), you have to enter “000001.010”.

Step 7: Indicate the deposit amount including satang.

Step 8: Check the amount, Ref No.1 and Ref No.2 to ensure correctness.

Step 9: Confirm transaction and receive deposit slip for keeping as evidence.

(Remark: In case you indicate Code 999, the Company will call you for confirmation after receiving the order).

Bank of Ayudhya (BAY)

Step 1: Insert ATM card, enter password and select option.

Step 2: Select ‘Pay Bill/Pay by Barcode’.

Step 3: Select ‘Others’.

Step 4: Enter account number / Comp Code.

Step 5: Select payer account (your own account), i.e., savings account or current account.

Step 6: Enter the Company’s Comp Code “20329”.

Step 7: Enter Ref No.1, i.e., the customer’s 6-digit account number. (If not knowing, please ask 02-088-9797).

Step 8: Enter Ref No.2, i.e., 3-digit code of the account type used for trading.

Please indicate correct code of the account type for collateral deposit as follows:           1. Indicate code 000 for deposit into Cash Balance Account.

           2. Indicate code 010 for deposit into Cash Account.

           3. Indicate code 060 for deposit into Credit Balance Account.

           4. Indicate code 030 for deposit into Derivatives Account (TFEX).

           5. Indicate code 999 for other type of deposit which is not for collateral purpose.

Step 9: Make sure the details are correct.

Step 10: Indicate the deposit amount including satang.

Step 11: Check the amount, Ref No.1 and Ref No.2.

Step 12: Confirm transaction and receive deposit slip for keeping as evidence.

(Remark: In case you indicate Code 999, the Company will call you for confirmation after receiving the order).

TMBThanachart Bank (ttb)

Step 1: Insert ATM card, enter password and select option.

Step 2: Select ‘Pay Bill/Pay by Barcode’.

Step 3. Select ‘Others’.

Step 4: Select ‘Securities/Fund’.

Step 5: Enter the Company’s Comp Code “2531”. Step 6: Select your own account, i.e. ‘Savings Account or Current Account’.

Step 7: Enter Ref No.1, i.e., the customer’s 6-digit account number and press ‘Correct’. (If not knowing, please ask 02-088-9797). Step 8: Enter Ref No.2, i.e., 3-digit code of the account type and press ‘Correct’.

Please indicate correct code of the account type as follows:

           1. Indicate code 000 for deposit into Cash Balance Account.

           2. Indicate code 010 for deposit into Cash Account.

           3. Indicate code 060 for deposit into Credit Balance Account.

           4. Indicate code 030 for deposit into Derivatives Account (TFEX).

           5. Indicate code 999 for other type of deposit which is not for collateral purpose.

Step 9: Indicate the deposit amount including satang.

Step 10: Check the amount, Ref No.1 and Ref No.2 to ensure correctness.

Step 11: Confirm transaction and receive deposit slip for keeping as evidence.

(Remark: In case you indicate Code 999, the Company will call you for confirmation after receiving the order).

1.1 Deposit Slip

  1. Take the Deposit Slip to contact any of the 6 participating banks (BBL, SCB, KBANK, KTB, ttb and BAY). 
  2. Fill out the Slip with complete and correct details including name-surname, Ref.1 and Ref.2. You can view the step-by-step process at website www.th.rhbtradesmart.com by clicking at download >form>manual>how to fill up the deposit slip; or click here. 
  3. Fill in the deposit amount. 
  4. Present the Deposit Slip together with cash or cheque to Bank officer. 
  5. Get the receipt and evidence on your deposit, then check the transaction, amount, name-surname, account number and account type before leaving Bank Counter.  
  6. After the deposit process has been completed, you will receive SMS from the Company confirming your transaction.
  7. If you do not receive the SMS, please contact Customer Care 02-088-9797 in order to check the transaction. 


1.2 Deposit Card

  1. Present the Deposit Card to any of the 6 participating banks (BBL, SCB, KBANK, KTB, ttb and BAY). 
  2. Indicate the amount you want to deposit as collateral and deliver cash. 
  3. Take the receipt and deposit evidence; check the transaction amount, name-surname, account number and account type before leaving Bank Counter. 
  4. After the deposit process has been completed, you will receive SMS from the Company confirming your transaction.
  5. If you do not receive the SMS, please contact Settlement Department at 02-088-9991 in order to check the transaction.

How to notify the Company

Bank will notify your deposit transaction to them Company. The customer is not required to make such notification.

Deposit cash into ATS account informed to the Company.

ATS Application

ATS (Automatic Transfer System) is an automated service for settling payment through the customer’s account at the selection bank. ATS will ensure convenience and speed in executing securities transactions including collateral deposit or trading settlement.

ATS Benefits  (ATS : Automatic Transfer System)

  • Hassle-free. : As the customer needs not to visit the bank in person and can make deposit, transfer and withdrawal via ATS.
  • Cost-saving and secure. : Cost-saving as deposits and withdrawals via ATS are fee-free. Secure because the transactions must be made from the customer’s account only and no third person is allowed to make transactions on behalf of the account owner.
  • Correct and accurate. : Through a standard verification system. It also allows investors to manage their money and time with efficiency.

1.Via ATS Dedution Letter

Application process:            

  • Indicate your wish via your investment consultant in order to receive ATS Deduction Letter or download the Form at website.

Remark: In case of downloading ATS Deduction Form from the Company’s website, the customer has to print out 3 sheets for submission to 1. The Bank 2. The Branch 3. The Securities Company.

Complete and sign the ATS Deduction Letter with the signature that matches the signature given to the relevant Bank at the account opening. Supporting document is also required as follows:

  • Copy of the first page of the savings account or current account passbook to be used for direct debit via automatic transfer system (ATS).

Remark: *Application can be made via Bank’s ATM.

  • Change Request Letter (OP04): Complete and sign the Form with the signature that matches the signature at the account opening with RHB Securities (Thailand) PCL. Remark: Applicable in case the customer wishes to change ATS bank account or to apply for ATS service after opening equity/derivatives trading account. In such case, the customer has to attach copy of the first page of the savings account or current account passbook to be used for direct debit via ATS or for re-application.

Remark: For fast proceeding, you can bring the ATS documents to the Bank where your account has been opened in order to verify your signature before further delivery to the Company. After receiving complete documents, the Company will submit your ATS Request Letter to the Bank where your account has been opened for approval. The process will take about 2-4 weeks depending on each service-offering Bank. After obtaining Bank’s approval, the Company will send you confirmation on direct debit via ATS. You can then use the ATS service immediately
