1. Investment Consultant
The primary functions and responsibilities shall include (but not limited to) the following:-
  • Marketing, dealing and execution of trade for clients
  • Managing clients' portfolio.
  • Buying and selling of local and foreign shares
  • Possess Single License and / or Derivatives License.
  • Non-experience candidates who possess Single License and / or Derivatives License are also welcomed.
  • Good analytical skills with sound knowledge of the securities industry. Candidates with a wide network of established business contacts will have added advantage.

2. Internal Audit Manager
  • Conduct audits to review adequacy and integrity of RHB Securities (Thailand) PCL’s internal control systems, and ensuring timely completion and efficient execution.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in auditing a banking/financial institution and preferably has good knowledge of stockbroking/securities/asset management industry.
  • Good command in writing/speaking English.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of internal control principles / practices, investment banking activities, risk management, corporate governance and statutory regulations.
3. Head of Legal and Company Secretariat
  • Provide legal and support corporate legal matters.
  • Prepare, reviews and administer legal and transactional documentation.
  • Manage legal process and Litigation.
  • Perform functions of company secretary.
  • Thailand qualified lawyer license with at least 10 years of post-qualified experience., Securities Business is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial laws especially public company law, company law and securities regulations.
  • Good command of English.
4. Senior Compliance Manager
  • To provide legal and regulatory advice to the business units and all ICs.
  • To contact the relevant regulatory agency to ensure the business operates according to regulations.
  • To prepare the various reports on compliance for submission to the SEC and the relevant committees such as MANCO, BMC, Audit Committee, etc.
  • To prepare the monthly compliance report for regional compliance.
  • Experience 10 years in Compliance and Internal Audit area from securities business.
  • Knowledge in rules and regulations in Securities.
  • A good team player as well as the ability work independently and have good relationship with regulators will be an advantage.
  • Good command of English.
5. Head of E-Business
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Corporate Communication to develop RHBST brand and service awareness.
  • Expand new mass customer base.
  • Conduct seminars and trainings for customers to learn about our on-line services.
  • Initiate new tools, new channels and new services for on-line mass customers, including new apps, trading features in traditional and new devices.
  • Arrange on-line sales promotion to attract customers.
  • Ongoing improvement our on-line services regarding actual trading, fundamental, technical news, analysis, etc.
  • Strengthen B2C (Business to Consumers) relationship.
  • Experience 10 years and Strong Experience in managing E-Business Department.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to team-based work.
  • Good command of English.
6. Sales Institutional Equities Manager
  • To provide comprehensive services to local fund managers.
  • To provide good recommendations to the institutional clients, get on their broking panels and expand our local client base.
  • To arrange marketing roadshow to local fund managers.
  • To do presentation and marketing roadshow to institutional investors, fund managers and potential clients.
  • Servicing fund managers on daily basis and provide market outlook , update news, strategies and trading ideas.
  • Experience 5 years up in institution equities.
  • Knowledge in Institutional Equities.
  • Good relation with institutional investors.
  • Good communication skills.
7. Head of Derivatives Broking
  • Source and identify business opportunities and building and expanding the presence of the company In Thailand.
  • To take ownership of RHBST derivatives brokerage business by setting direction and business strategy to grow derivatives trading business.
  • To identify market opportunities to enlarge revenue stream as well as client-based.
  • Minimum 8 years in a similar role in the industry
  • Strong knowledge of Derivatives Broking business
  • Excellent analytically and problem-solving skills
  • Independent and able to work hard under pressure
  • Good command of English
8. Senior Risk Management Officer
  • Promote risk management awareness among departments, branches and subsidiaries.
  • Monitor market risk of products expose to such risk e.g. EQD
  • Monitor operational risk and other risks such as legal, reputational and compliance risk and follow up on improvement areas
  • Review operational manuals and new product launched and provide input from risk perspective
  • Support regional Risk Management to align policies and practices and make timely and accurate reporting
  • Support review of policies, development of methods to assess risks and ensuring the reliability of these methods.
  • Support changes and modification to the overall Risk Management Framework and its related activities for further enhancement and efficiency.
  • Analyze risk indicators and formulate solutions to address risks.
  • Prepare, review risk reports and ensure execution of the action plans.
  • Ensure risk management policies are implemented.
  • Observe and comply at all times with all acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations affecting the Company’s business and the securities industries and be conversant with all statutory modifications and reenactments as may be introduced thereto.
  • Perform other functions as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • Display teamwork and work closely with other senior management at all times.
  • Support BCP plan development and coordinate periodic BCP testing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experienced in Risk Management from either Securities, Asset management, Bank , Financial Services.
  • Able to communication in English
  • Expert in MS.Excel
